Here is what I wrote from the eBay auction. Check it out, bid on this sucker! Bid starts at just $8.00.- Peace!
Title: Love Machine
Medium: Acrylic on Vinyl art toy (like Munny,Dunny, etc)
Size: 3.5 in
Signed: Signed by the artist(Brian Gray) on bottom foot
About the work:
This is a custom piece I did using a vinyl art toy created by Ross Art. The character started off as a blank just like a Munny/Dunny vinyl art toy would. Then I used my acrylic paints and went to town. The results are pretty cool and I like how hes has a very metal like finish to him. The Love Machine is ready to come home to you and brighten up your day. This is an original painting/art piece by Brian Gray. It is a one of a kind painting and not a reproduction of any kind. This is for the 100% original custom designed by me.
Check out the auction for Love Machine here.

Just sold another painting late yesterday! Thats two paintings sold in the same day and the third painting sold in just a week. I’m doing pretty darn good this month! Thanks to the person who gave this painting a new home. I really enjoyed doing this painting and I’ve had the concept down on paper for weeks. It was actually inspired from the “Designers in Toyland” show I wrapped up with the AIGA earlier this month. I was considering making a 3d sculpture of sorts of humpty dumpty and this painting was more of a sketch of what the final creation was going to look like. I decided to just go with the hand sewn skull bunny(s) instead, which were a hit anyhow. Thanks again for bringing a little bit of my style into your home. Hope ya dig it as much as I enjoyed making this character.

Its that time of the month for the First Friday artist reception at Avondale Artworks! Stop in and see what all the buzz is about! I have several new pieces for the show and prices are marked to sell for holiday shoppers out there. I will be at the gallery on 12/4 from 6-8 and also on 12/5 for Christmas in Avondale! Ill be painting a 16×20 piece that will probably be sold that night to the highest bidder. Not sure if Im really gonna go that route but, either way it will be a blast! Come out, show some love, and have a glass of wine with me. For details about Avondale Artworks or if ya need more info visit www.avondaleartworks.com – See you there!

Heres a snazzy pic of the piece I did for the “Totem if ya Got Em” show that went down at Bogda Gallery this past weekend. Im going to have prints available by the end of the week. The painting is 9×12, acrylic, on gallery wrapped canvas. It’s still up for sale for just $100.00 at Bogda. If anyone is interested in making a purchase just drop me a line and we can arrange something. The show was a great success and I gotta hand it to my man Jack Diablo for organizing a great show and a good time had by all. Thanks to Joy at Bogda for letting us artists use the gallery to host these shows. We couldnt do these shows without her! Hollah!-B Gray
