Whats up everyone! I have decided to put up some brand new art work on eBay today. My sales on eBay have been very good this past month. The problem is that I mostly have been selling all older works. Since I have had such success I decided to make a few paintings strictly for my fans on eBay. If for some reason you wanted a print other than the 5 I did, just let me know and I can swing it. Checke them out. There only 25.00, super quality, and look great! No cheap ass prints here folks. Salon Gallery- 7/7 Art Walk!

Good times, good times! I will be featuring some work (Malice in Wonderland) at the all new Salon Gallery here in Jacksonville. After I scoped out the gallery, met the new owners, and checked out the artist line up, I’m very impressed and expect many good things to come from the gallery. I’m very happy to be a part of a gallery that’s a participant for the first Wednesday Art Walk downtown. It has been about 8 months since I have done any work for Art Walk. I’m really looking forward to getting back to that energy and excitement that Art Walk brings. Come see me at Salon this Art Walk! I’m not sure of all the artists(and there is quite a few lined up) that are displaying but, I do know that my buddy Edmund Dansart and Ali Isabelle will have plenty of work on display along with me. Check us out, show some love, and lets welcome Salon to the neighborhood!-BG

I’ll be featuring all new works during the month of July at my favorite gallery, Avondale Artworks. My proceeds will be donated to the Bird & Sea Life rescue in the FL panhandle to help with rescue efforts. The opening reception takes place on July 2nd from 6-9pm during First Fridays in Avondale. Drinks, snack, and good times will be provided! Come out and show some love. All works are priced to sell! Avondale Artworks is located at 3568 St Johns Ave. See you there!-BG

New Art & The BP Oil Disaster

New work posted up! All my latest work is inspired by the horrible plight that sea life is having to endure because of the BP oil spill. These new pieces will be on display at Avondale Artworks(Jax,FL) for the month of July. Opening reception(drinks, snacks, good times) is Friday night, 7/2, from 6-9pm. I did these paintings to help raise fund for a bird and sea life rescue out in the FL panhandle. These folk have been working around the clock cleaning oil soaked birds and sea life since day one of the spill. I figured I would use my skill to help raise some much-needed funds! All proceeds will be donated to help buy supplies and cleaning products to help these poor animals out. Prints will be coming soon too!!! Thanks for the support and check out this months showing at Avondale Artworks! If interestd in a pre-show purchase just email me at bgrayart@bellsouth.net – All pieces are priced from 75.00-120.00- For details on each piece(dimesions, medium, etc) visit my “recent works” tab on the site here. Thanks

Love Machine- Up for Bid on eBay

Here is what I wrote from the eBay auction. Check it out, bid on this sucker! Bid starts at just $8.00.- Peace!

Title:          Love Machine
Medium:     Acrylic on Vinyl art toy (like Munny,Dunny, etc)
Size:            3.5 in
Signed:       Signed by the artist(Brian Gray) on bottom foot

About the work:
This is a custom piece I did using a vinyl art toy created by Ross Art. The character started off as a blank just like a Munny/Dunny vinyl art toy would. Then I used my acrylic paints and went to town. The results are pretty cool and I like how hes has a very metal like finish to him. The Love Machine is ready to come home to you and brighten up your day. This is an original painting/art piece by Brian Gray. It is a one of a kind painting and not a reproduction of any kind. This is for the 100% original custom designed by me.

Check out the auction for Love Machine here.

Oil Spill

Just a lil peek of my latest work. This isn’t a finished example of what I’m doing but, it give you an idea in the direction I’m heading in. I am doing a series of  paintings based on my disgust for the BP Oil spill and all the mess its creating. People are loosing jobs, the beaches are ruined, marshes are dying, and the animals are paying the ultimate price. I  plan on doing this series to help raise money for clean up relief. 100% of the proceeds will go to purchasing more cleaning supplies for the volunteers who bust their ass every day trying to save birds, turtles, and random sea life. Keep them eyes peeled. I should have the majority of the paintings done by next week.-PEACE
