Brian Gray is an emerging artist located in Jacksonville FL. Brian was born in Detroit MI where he was influenced by urban art work at a very early age. This had influenced his work to this date. “When I first saw graffiti and urban art work in Detroit I never even thought it was done by real people, there was always this mystery and magic behind the work. It was cool to just see images that were not there yesterday just pop up out of nowhere.” Brian’s art work can be seen everywhere from NY, L.A., Miami, and in group show across the U.S. Brian describes his work best in his own words- “Fun, imaginative, and whimsical but, with a touch of the dark side that hides within.” Brian is currently pursuing a degree in graphic arts and is an active member of Jacksonville’s emerging arts community and founder of the Jacksonville “lowbrow” artist run blog, TheOuterBox.com.
