Here is a snap shot of the lil buggers I hand sewn for the AIGA “Designers in Toyland” show that took place during this months Art Walk in downtown Jax. I sold one during the show and another via email once I got home last night. Karen, Chad, and the whole AIGA crew did a great job putting this show together. There were sooooo many killer toys done for the show. Thanks for all the feedback I got from everyone about the toys. I guess Ill start making a few more of these and maybe sell them through the website here and at Avondale Artworks. Big thanks to the crew at the gallery @ 229 Hogan St as well. There wouldnt have been a show without a building to host it in and the cool ass folks who run the place. Keep them eyes peeled. I feel like Im gonna need to invest in a sewing machine son! Hand sewing took all most just as long as painting. Time to upgrade.
